Miami Vice
Personally to me, its quite a good movie. To others, it may be a boring movie.
Things to note:
1) It's like a playboy movie. They got jets, Ferraris, powerboats and stuff
2) NC-16 is not there for no reason, violence and sheered off limbs are an example
3) The F-word. Lots of it, and some are quite interesting
4) Nudity. Sensored off some sex scene but still basically 'can see one'
5) Gong Li's english is quite good, but not there yet. Accent does sound a bit espanol
6) Foxx's acting quite good. Especially when he acts as bad guy
Anyway, watched it for free, so bo tham hiam (cannot complain)

Crash at 300Mph(482kmph)...
I am always banging about crashing a car at high speed, how it happened...
In the recent filming of the new series of Top Gear, fellow host Richard Hammond crashed a jet-powered dragster in an airfield in York, UK. The car flipped a couple of times and he was badly injured. Now, he's in stable condition.
Hope he can get well soon to host the new season of Top Gear...

What is unique about Singapore?
That was a question posted to me.
This is my answer:
"Singaporeans are uniquely unique"
and
"They have a diverse culture living together in an island with nothing to live on..."
also
"No chewing gum"

IMF's here...
It's a good thing IMF's here, cuz S'pore has spent time 4 this event.
There will be profit(abt S$100M) and much media coverage.
However, as i read the newspapers this morning, the first critisisms that the heads of IMF have is that S'pore should relax it's rules of protesting in public. They say that protesting has been a 'culture' of every IMF meetings. One of them even threaten, saying that future IMF meeting will not be held in S'pore cuz of it's 'strict and inability to bend the rules slightly'.
From here on, it's going to be my argument, so if u don't like reading long and boring arguments that does not matter to you, you can stop reading here...<--
Here goes...
I think it's a bunch of bullshit.
Let me give u an analogy. For example, you have a house with your families living for a couple of decades with strict rules to follow. You invite your friends for a party. You prepare the party for them. You clean up the house, decorate it till it's spanking new. Now during the party, it's a tradition to break stuff (e.g. Glasses, bowls, plates). However, as a traditional asian family, breaking stuff isn't a good thing. In fact, it's symbolises bad luck. So what do you do?? The party has to confine to the rules of the house, isn't it? Or else the family won't be happy, and the host has the 'power' to do more daring stuff, like breaking ur favorite vase or an antique mirror. Of course, the family can 'break' the rules for a day, but being asian, it isn't really 'us' to break rules.
It's like Michael Fay (If i get the name right) all over again. A bit of bish bash bosh, a bit of argument, then everyone just forget about it.
S'pore prepared for the visit. S'pore relaxed its rules a bit. What more do you want...?
That's the problem with western ppl (i meant some, not all). They think that things can be solved easily and take life as simple as possible. Live life easily. But there are things in life that have strict rules and need to comply with them. You know what i mean...
Why do Western ppl have more power than us...? I still have 'no idea'...
