Up, up, and up...

Well, it's going to be a few minutes away from the GST hike...
...and 10 years after Hong Kong was handled over to the Chinese

Ok back to the point of more money, a recent survey revealed that Singaporeans are getting richer and there are more millonaires being created.

Ya, I can see why...

Disapointments 1: Did not went to cousin's church wedding due to lack of transportation. Going to the dinner though

Disapointment 2: There are no other disapointments

Running around the island lately, very tiring...

Need a break real soon!!

What are the chances of this happening to you?

Ok, my Dad just got his new car yesterday. I thought that that was the last time I would saw the old car in our car park.
Just now, saw the old car back at the car park!! Turns out that a neighbour of ours was the mother of the new owner.

3 letters: WTF??

By the way, I still miss the old car, so it's kind of funny for me...
I'm absolutely gutted.

Redline, the worst car film i have ever seen...

Make that the worst film i have ever seen

And here's why:
1) The storyline is rubbish
2) The main focus is on the cars and the women, which basically means it's like an R21 movie
3) The character design sucks
4) The choice of cars sucks
5) A stupid conclusion

Enuff said, just don't spend your money or your time on this movie

What you should be spending time and money on is these movies:
1) The Simpsons Movie (Should be quite good as the TV series is already pretty good)
2) Die Hard 4.0 (Well, 4th installment of Die Hard series, should be quite good as the past 3 are)
3) Transformers (Watching on 4 July at just $3!! And Free Popcorn and Drinks!!)
4) Ocean's Thirteen (Saw the past 2 and this one, fuuny and interesting)

Last time, i criticize the GST hike
Previously, i attacked the Green-peace parties
Now, the company called **** (Well, i love to say the name, but they will charge me of illegal copyright infringement, so, I think you know who I'm talking about here)
Now, they recently say they cracked down on people who download animes and are charging against them. They say they are the sole distributor of anime and sell them at the lowest rates. Well, let me express my point to them.

Firstly, the reason why we download them even though they are licensed. Because we want to watch them!! Licensed is not equals to available on the market at the moment, so we cannot buy them now, obviously. Even if they market it, we will not even want to buy it. Let me give you an example. Once I borrowed an anime series from my friend to watch as, well, I was lazy to dl it. So, I got hold of it and expect the anime to be good. And it was good. However, the subbing of the anime was a different story. It was sleeping-busively awful. Once, the characters of the stories said ten lines of dialog. But the subtitle showed just one sentence. Great!
They say their prices are the lowest you can find. So what? An example, would you choose a Proton Wira over a Honda Civic? "Well, it's cheaper..." It is a no-brainer

I rather spend a premium on something that is done with a soul in it than buying something dirt cheap and done like a white-good (with not soul in it) so the owner can make money out of it. But since that alternative is not possible for the anime situation and you can get it for free fast, why not?

Secondly, they say 'Oh, that's an infringement of the copyright law'. Well, catch those who download movies, music and software instead!! Why anime?? I know, a lot of people in Singapore download anime. If you catch all of them, it would probably be half the population of Singapore. But there are more people out there who download illegal software, movies and music. Speaking of which, if they can catch every single Singaporean who download anime and charge them in court for the offense, I salute them.

Which brings me on to the last and most important point of them all, money. Imagine if they can charge half the population and bring them to pay the fines, how much will it add up??

20,000 x 2,000,000 = $40,000,000,000 (Now that's a fucking lot of money)

Can someone stop this animal nonsense?

It's your choice, good anime from people who love animes, or poorly subbed ones from people who just wants to earn money out of it?
