Buying a car in Singapore is such a pain!
First, there is COE. Then there is OMV, PARF, singing of agreements and paying of fees and taxes and loads more paperwork and running costs, and I have no idea how each works. In the UK, you just sign 1 piece of paper, saying that you bought a car, pay the money, and off you go.
Man, really feel like going somewhere abroad to live in.
